The mechanism, hydraulics, wheel and base are all covered by the limited warranty.
This applies to any chair used in a regular home use or professional setting. There is, however, no warranty on the upholstery/covering.

This limited warranty excludes: Damages caused by using the goods for purposes other than those intended.
Normal wear and tear in the course of product use.
Cuts or scratches, as well as damage from a blow or accident.
Products that have been incorrectly constructed or installed, or that have been used improperly.
The product was cleaned using the incorrect cleaning procedures or cleaning products.
