Ettorez Returns, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Ettorez, we go the extra mile to ensure that every transaction on our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and strictly adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not entertain returns for products delivered in perfect and undamaged condition. However, a product is eligible for replacement under the following conditions:

Replacement Eligibility

  • A wrong product has been dispatched, or

  • The delivered product does not match the item selected during order confirmation
    (Slight colour and measurement variations are acceptable due to device display differences. All measurements are taken manually; variations of a few centimeters are acceptable.)

  • The product is received in a damaged condition
    (Minor scratches will not be considered as damage.)

Note: To claim a return or replacement, an unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery is mandatory.

 Replacement Process

  • Replacement are accepted only if informed in writing within 24 hours of delivery/installation

  • Clear images of the issue are mandatory.

  • To claim areplacement, please ensure that an unboxing video is recorded at the time of delivery.

  • The original packing and tags must be retained.

  • Refunds will be processed only after inspection of the returned product.

  • If the customer does not allow product pickup within 7 days of raising a return request, the request will be cancelled.

In-Transit Issues

  • Ettorez reserves the right to resolve return requests for in-transit damaged parts or missing/wrong items by providing free replacement of the affected parts, wherever applicable.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Order cancellation is accepted only until the product is shipped and processed.

  • Refunds in such cases will be issued after deducting the actual transaction fee charged by the payment gateway.

  • Once the order is processed, no cancellation, modification, colour change, or product change is allowed.

  • Customized products cannot be exchanged or cancelled.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

  • For orders up to ₹30,000: Partial COD amount of ₹999 is applicable.

  • For orders above ₹30,000: Partial COD amount of ₹2,999 is applicable.

  • For orders above ₹60,000: Partial COD amount of ₹5,000 is applicable.

  • A Team Ettorez representative will personally reach out to the customer for order confirmation.

Policy Guidelines for Customization Orders

  • 50% advance payment is required at the time of placing a customization order.

  • Remaining 50% must be paid prior to dispatch.

  • Once placed, customized orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged.

  • The advance payment for customization orders is non-refundable.

  • Products customized based on buyer requirements are not eligible for discounts or offers.

Pricing & Shipping

  • All prices mentioned are inclusive of taxes.

  • We offer free shipping on all orders, regardless of order size, weight, or destination.



Return Policy

At Ettorez Office Furniture, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a no-questions-asked return policy under the conditions outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Damage during transportation

  • Product mismatch or incorrect delivery

  • Any functional or quality-related issue.

Conditions
- Returns must be requested within 
48 hours of delivery.

To claim a return, please ensure that an unboxing video is recorded at the time of delivery.



2. Packaging Requirements

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be packed properly in the original packaging/box in which it was delivered.

  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be returned intact.

  • Products damaged due to improper repackaging may not be eligible for return. 

3.  Inspection & Refund Process

Once we receive the returned product at our facility center, we will perform a quality and condition inspection.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after successful inspection.

  • The refund amount will be issued after deducting:

    • 18% transportation charges.

    • ₹1,500 return charges.

  • Refunds will be processed only through the original mode of payment.

  • If any additional damage, misuse, missing parts, or wear and tear is identified during inspection that was not reported at the time of the return request, additional deductions may apply. The final refund amount will be communicated to the customer before processing.

4. Important Notes

  • Customized or made-to-order products may have different return conditions

  • Ettorez Office Furniture reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above criteria
