For rural or remote locations, we request you to share your pin code with us before placing your order, as additional delivery charges may apply.


Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Once your order is confirmed, we typically dispatch products within 1–2 days.

  • Delivery usually takes an additional 6–10 days, depending on your location.

  • While we aim to meet these timelines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, we will keep you informed about your order status.

Shipping Charges & Tracking

  • We offer free shipping on all orders.

  • Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor its progress easily.

Delivery Guidelines

  • Upon delivery, please take a moment to inspect the product to ensure it has arrived in good condition.

  • For products requiring assembly, we include clear instructions to ensure a smooth setup process.

  • Please note that we do not offer floor delivery. Delivery will be made at the building entrance or ground floor.

Warranty & Product Care

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • After three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to origin (RTO).

  • In such cases, no refund will be initiated for the paid amount.

  • If you wish to proceed with the purchase again after RTO, you will be required to cover the delivery charges in addition to the full product price before dispatch.

Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product:

  • Please record a clear unboxing video before opening the package, showing the sealed box. This is required for any claims related to damage, missing items, or discrepancies.
    Note: Claims may not be accepted without a proper unboxing video.

  • Our team will respond within 2 business days to assess the issue and provide a repair or replacement, as appropriate.
